Spacious room with air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. Loved the private bathroom with free toiletries and a hairdryer. The hotel has a nice pool and fitness center. Enjoyed the bar and restaurant too. Great location near Burbank Village. Staff was super nice and even upgraded us to a city view room! Clean and comfy.

The hotel in Burbank was pretty decent overall, but there were definitely some quirks that stood out to me. The location was really convenient, close to the Burbank Mall and lots of restaurants, which made it easy to explore the area. On the downside, the internet was a major letdown. It was a hassle to log in and the connection kept dropping, which could be a nightmare for anyone needing reliable internet. Another issue was the room's AC - it struggled to cool the room down, making it uncomfortable at times. The noise from the nearby freeway and trains also disrupted our sleep throughout the night. One strange thing was that you needed your room key for everything, even to access parts of the building, which became annoying pretty quickly. The parking situation was also inconvenient, with a huge structure that required a long trek just to retrieve something from the car. Despite these drawbacks, the staff was friendly, the room was comfortable, and the location was excellent.

Get into the country spirit with a visit to friendly Nashville. Legendary country music venues , love it! Miami's world, class beaches , stunning! Dining in Atlanta , so diverse and delicious!

Had an awesome time over New Year's! Room was spacious, super cozy bed, fantastic cafe breakfast, and cool lounge area. Loved the central location, close to Universal Studios. Plus, plenty of nearby dining options within walking distance. Staff were friendly and always ready to assist.
A few hiccups tho. Internet out without warning, and fridge was on the fritz.

The room was a large king suite with a city view, and the staff were super friendly. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to shops, bars, and restaurants. The bedding was very nice, and the in-room coffee was better than most.
Felt very special, no complaints.

we were amazed by the perfect location within walking distance to several restaurants, shopping, and entertainment options. the friendly staff and efficient service providers made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. the cafe offered delicious food and the room service was convenient. the cleanliness of the hotel and the safety of our car in the parking area added to our peace of mind.
